If not for the volcano Eyjafjallajokull on Iceland, I would be in California right now (this is why I stopped listing beads a bit ago), but unfortunately a big cloud of volcano ash lingering over Europe got into my way. My flight had been cancelled, since there were no flights at all going out of Europe for some days, with no chance of getting onto another flight to still make it in time somehow...therefore everything has been rescheduled to September. I´m terribly sorry and hope it will still work out for everyone involved.
I am now back to listing beads, but since shipping from Europe has been affected as well as air travel, the first few beads will be shipped from San Francisco, since I´ve managed to ship a few beads out before everything was shut down. Shipping from Europe will be back to normal within the next couple of days though, but I just want to be on the safe side...

When being in Miami last summer, I loved these little colorful life guard huts at the beach...those were the inspiration for my set...
I´d seriously love to have such a cottage as a studio...wouldn´t that be fun? One with a porch of course, for coffee breaks...and it has to be somewhere, where it never snows;-)...

March starts with some butterflies in my world...and it usually is this time of the year that I start playing with butterfly beads... while the real ones are still sleeping.
These are inspired by a set I made 3 years ago...and which is still one of my favourites.
As right now I keep getting mails from people, who actually remember this set from back then (I´m amazed...thank you!)...I dug out a picture of it...

A collection of small sets of these little flowers I made recently; all of them went into my Etsy store .
While making them for almost 5 years by now I realized, that I never gave them a proper name...I am thinking of "chrysanthemum flowers" now... which would cover all the different color schemes and combinations. With all these different sorts of real chrysanthemums out there, a few unknown glass ones will for sure easily fit in;-)...
"Clover blossoms" for the ones with bubbles on their petals...
